Re: Exhaust Manifold

Thanks I have a 78 124 Calif with the exhaust under the passenger side . I am in a non test area with no solution items on so it should work. I just wanted to confirm that it would fit.

Exhaust Manifold

Has anyone tried to use a 4407872 79-80 4-2-1 manifold on a early 78 1800 124 spider by trimming the EGR port of the end of the manifold? I was wondering if the other ports were spaced the same as the the early 78. I am looking at going to a 4-2-1 instead as the 4-1 that is on the car now.

Re: New to forums

Yes I have contacted Snugtop they no longer have any information on these tops and only build for pickups. I have been looking at the other suppliers and found some for the Pininfarina tops. The back hold downs that are on the top I have are on the side an angle brace with a hole. There is no sign o...

New to forums

I am new to using forums so bare with me. I worked on a friends Spider in the 70's and now purchased one myself to replace a Harley. It is a 1978 Spider with 91K miles no rust original owner sitting in his shed for the last 16 years in Calif. It needs work as expected but nothing I can't do myself (...
