Same ZF trans as a 131. Pretty stout and comes with the shift extension. I'm leaning towards keeping this trans until I know what my next project/car is.
Dave I had the springs on a 84 with the bumpers on the car. The Springs lowered the car about an inch and the ride was fine. I do not think they were any stiffer than stock. Not sure on an early car, your best bet is to contact AR and inquire what effects these springs have on a earlier car.
