Re: Crankshaft Part Numbers 124 Spider

I thought differences between 74 and 75 where more cosmetic, like 74 being the last of the early style chrome bumpers and 75 having tube bumpers and various emissions bits, etc. but engine essentially same

Re: Need information on an odd combination

That sounds about right. That's been my experience too. If you find out that your 1608 head has not been welded and want to change to the 1756 head, I'll trade you. Re: AR Blue Lowering Springs

I tried to send an email but I cant seem to find any evidence it actually went through. How much did these lower the car? Was that a later car, and if so would they lower the early car? Do you have any idea how much? Were they significantly stiffer than stock, did the progressive portion make much d...

Re: IDF dimensions

Also the chokes go in the top and reduce this. That may throw you off a little.

Re: Lowering Springs, Dog Tracking, Adjustable Panhard

Oh ok. I think I get what you're saying. Its hard to sight down a short piece (like a tire) from a distance and obtain any accuracy. Any bar bent enough to cause such ill effect would likely be noticeable on visual inspection. You didn't leave off the rear driver wheel spacer on re-installation, did...
